- Reach target audiences away from their home or office
- Verify existing mobile telephone numbers or buy new data for cold campaigns
- Increase the number of contacts for telephone-based campaigns by gaining numbers for some 'mobile only' homes
- All records are opted-in for marketing purposes
Increase the range of communication channels for your campaigns and reach your target audience away from their
home by appending mobile telephone numbers to the names and addresses on your customer or prospect contact
databases. Alternatively, if you already hold mobile numbers for your customers, verify those details are correct
by screening against the ten million plus opted-in mobile telephone numbers held by UKChanges.
With records representing each of the leading UK mobile service providers and network proportional coverage across Great Britain,
this is a valuable dataset for those marketers keen to undertake multi-channel campaigns. There is also a
growing trend for mobile-only households, with some industry estimates placing the figure at around ten per cent
of UK homes no longer having a landline. By providing mobile numbers for some of the unmatched standard
telenumbered records, this dataset will also enable marketers and market researchers to increase the volume of
contact numbers for their telephone-based campaigns.
A great deal of pre-processing has been undertaken, with all records being correctly formatted, addresses verified
against the Royal Mail PAF database and, where there is no age indicator on the record, the individuals named on
the file have been cross-referenced against the current version of the edited Electoral Roll. This investment has
been made in order to maximise the accuracy of the data and in an endeavour to ensure that there are no records
relating to minors.
The detailed pre-processing also means that mobile numbers can be offered as an additional enhancement when users
buy prospect data through the bureau, allowing for top-line counts of the number of mobile records available in
pre-determined geographic areas, age ranges, socio-demographic groups, etc.
All mobile numbers provided are pre-screened before supply, with checks on network connectivity to
maximise the amount of contacts made.
A sub-set of more than 3.5 million records are available for use in debt-collection activities and
can also be used for SMS campaigns.
UKChanges are involved in ongoing discussions with a number of potential additional data
suppliers and intend to grow and maintain this valuable new resource.
